If you were to die, where would you go?  What would be the next thing you would see?  These are two extremely important questions that you need to know that you have the right answer to.

Jesus talked more about hell than He did heaven.  He wanted to warn us.  Hell is the absence of God, therefore, it is the absence of anything good, because God is good and it is His presence that brings good.  Heaven will be the absence of all evil.

FOUR KEY FACTS THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SALVATION:

1. FACT #1:  It is for sinners.  Since we are all sinners, Jesus will save anyone.

2. FACT #2:  Sinners face judgment for their sin.  "Wthe wages of sin is death."

3. FACT #3:   Christ died for sinners.  He died to pay for the death that we deserve.  Just before He died on the cross, He said, "It is finished."  His statement means that the penalty for our sins are paid for.  If you pay for them too, then they will be paid twice.  Jesus went to our hell so that we would not have to.

4. FACT #4:  We must place our complete trust in the Lord Jesus as our Savior if we are to be saved.  From our hearts we call upon Him, and He promised; Whoever shall call upon the name of the Lord (for salvation) shall be saved.  Romans 10:9, 10, 13

Today, many people glibly ignore the fact that they will one day leave this world.  They console themselves by thinking that they are okay.  There are a lot of people that are worse than they are, so why should they worry?  But that does not cancel the fact that only those who have been changed by the Holy Spirit of God and have come to know the Lord Jesus as their Savior and Lord will go to heaven.  Don't ignore the clear statements that God has made about each one of us and our need to be truly born again the way the Bible says.

If you think that you can trust in what you do and be saved, then Jesus' death means nothing to you.  He paid the complete price for your sin.  Trust Him.  He is the Savior.

If you know the Lord Jesus, then you know you have life.  When death comes, we will enter the presence of the Lord, and so the next thing that we would see would be the presence of the Lord.

Salvation is the most important subject that you can consider.
